What more can I offer, my God
But a covenant of salt with my life?
I walked through a broad expressway to hell,
My destiny was my destruction,
Nothing stopped me from falling into a lake of fire
Except your hand of mercy.
They picked me up and set me at the foot of the cross,
Where I saw your love displayed for me,
Bruised and broken for my iniquities,
That I might live again.
What great love is this
That forgives a murderer and an adulterer,
That grants me life in Abundance?
Never has there been told such a story of love,
Where the storyteller came down to rescue the characters in his story,
Who can turn their backs on this love?
Only the ones who love death more than life.
“Everyone who is arrogant in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go unpunished.”
Proverbs 16:5
